Welcome to Caddis Development Group

Caddis Development Group is involved in all aspects of both commercial and residential projects and its founders have successfully completed several complex Brownfield redevelopments, retail centers, office buildings, mixed use projects and rental communities.

Caddis Development Group is capable of handling a wide range of projects from complex Brownfield redevelopment to unique mixed-use, retail, and upscale multi-family projects.  Caddis has earned its reputation by working closely with the municipality and neighboring community for its redevelopment projects.

Caddis Development Group and its members maintain numerous professional affiliations including membership in the Society of Environmentally Responsible Facilities (SERF), State Bar of Michigan, Ingham County Bar Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS®, Lansing Chamber of Commerce, Michigan Manufacturers Association, Lansing CEO Roundtable, MSU Alumni Association, Lansing Power Squadron, Association of the United States Army, LEAP, Inc., and the Michigan Tooling Association.  Caddis and its members are also supporters/members of numerous conservation, hunting and fishing organizations.

CADDIS acquired its name from Caddis flies, or Trichoptera, a group of mothlike aquatic insects, usually found in freshwater habitats.  Caddis flies are important to freshwater ecosystems as they clean the water and serve as an important food for fish, particularly trout.  The founders of Caddis Development Group, LLC are avid fly-fishers and conservationists.
