Caddis has opened a 96-bed assisted living and memory care community – Heartis® Eagle Mountain – at 3141 Dalhart Drive on the north side of Fort Worth.

The 61,125 square foot community includes 54 spacious assisted living units (61 beds) and a dedicated 35-bed memory care unit. The residence features high-quality, “Class A” finishes, a secure courtyard, walking paths and beautiful views. Located on a 4.3-acre site, the community is about one mile from Eagle Mountain Lake with easy access to U.S. Highway 287 and Interstate 35W.

Heartis Eagle Mountain is owned by a Caddis affiliate and managed by Eugene, Ore.-based Good Neighbor Care. Good Neighbor Care has more than two decades of successful senior living management experience in Texas and several other states.

Caddis CEO and Partner Jason L. Signor notes, “Heartis communities, including Eagle Mountain, offer residents a variety of amenities and fun activities, assistance from experienced staff, safety, security and beautiful aesthetics, all in an environment where they feel at home and can truly enjoy life.”

“Heartis Eagle Mountain is a welcome addition to the Dallas/Fort Worth area because there has been a shortage of high-quality senior living options,” says Katie Csobaji, Caddis Senior Vice President of Senior Living. “The location also is easy for residents and their families to access.”

Heartis Eagle Mountain offers a host of amenities and special features, including game and activity rooms; a beauty/barber shop; a beautiful dining room that serves delicious, chef-prepared meals; relaxing common areas; daily social and recreational activities; licensed nursing services; beautifully landscaped grounds; 24-hour emergency call system; housekeeping and laundry services; and assistance with the activities of daily living.

The architect for the project was Austin, Texas-based Katus LLC.
