Heartis Conroe is a 40-unit memory care community developed by Caddis located adjacent to HCA’s 283-bed Conroe Regional Medical Center and the Caddis-developed Lone Star Family Health Center. The community is operated by Good Neighbor Care, which has been impacting seniors’ lives through the operation of similar communities for over 20 years, and provides personalized care for those suffering from Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. The community was specially-designed to accommodate the needs of Alzheimer’s patients including a “Main Street” feature complete with 50’s-style ice cream parlor, theater, barber shop, and arts and crafts room.

Caddis, as part of its programmatic senior living development platform, identified the Conroe market as underserved by high quality memory care services and strategically located the project next to Conroe Regional Medical center and other healthcare services and referral sources.
