Lone Star Family Health Center is a single-tenant medical office building developed by Caddis that houses a not-for-profit community health center which provides comprehensive medical care to the residents of Montgomery County including primary care, women’s health, mental health, and dental services. This turnkey project was launched to accommodate a growing FQHC and a family medicine residency program. Caddis selected and purchased a site adjacent to HCA’s 283-bed Conroe Regional Medical Center and structured a special purchase option to give the client maximum ownership flexibility.

Caddis’ innovative, value-driven approach to this project not only served the community well by allowing healthcare services to be more effectively delivered, but also delivered solid bottom-line results for the client. The project was completed in 10 months, coming in $1 million under budget. The facility was also a 2013 HREI™ Award Winner for “Best New MOB”.
