Matt Mattox

Executive Vice President Acquisitions & Partner

Matt oversees the firm’s acquisition platform, which encompasses the sourcing, underwriting and structuring of strategic healthcare assets nationwide. Additionally, he plays a key role in Caddis’ capital markets execution and manages several relationships with key equity and debt providers. Matt also takes an active role in identifying and securing new business development opportunities across all service lines of the company.

He brings to the table fifteen years of real estate transactional experience, representing over $2.3 billion of assets, most of which have involved healthcare and/or single-tenant, mission critical facilities. Prior to joining Caddis, Matt was a Vice President in the capital markets group of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). Early in his career, he spent five years as a successful account executive in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

Matt graduated with a BA in Biology from Baylor University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University (Cox School of Business), with an emphasis in finance and entrepreneurship. He currently serves as an Associate Director and member of the Audit Committee for the Fort Worth Community Credit Union and is an active supporter of Trinity Christian Academy and the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU. He enjoys golfing, the outdoors, and spending quality time with his wife and three kids.
