Tami Cumings

Vice President, Senior Living

Tami oversees the growth and operational relationships for the Heartis Senior Living Brand. With more than 25 years of executive level experience in the independent, assisted living, and memory care industry, she has a thorough understanding of operations, marketing, strategic planning and managing finances.

Tami has assumed a variety of senior level positions for several noteworthy organizations in both operations and sales. Before joining Caddis, she assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Arbor Company. Throughout the years, she has held other prominent positions including serving as Vice President of Sales/Marketing and Vice President of Operations with Sunrise Senior Living, Chief Operating Officer for US Memory Care, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Arbor Company and Senior Vice President of Sales with A Place For Mom. Additionally, Tami’s early career involved filling the position of Executive Director for Assisted Living Concepts, one of the pioneers of senior living.

She has sat on the board for the Texas Assisted Living Association and has been a member of the Argentum COO/Sales Executive Roundtables since 2012. In her leisure time, Tami enjoys traveling with her husband, listening to live music, as well as competitive ping pong tournaments with their five children.
