Hedgcoxe Health Plaza is a medical office building developed by Caddis and anchored by Texas Health Resources. The Caddis team drew upon their extensive healthcare expertise to develop a strategy for practice consolidation and referral synergies, providing a specially-designed “retail style” building solution that affords the practices exceptional visibility and provides their patients unparalleled ease of access.

Caddis’ understanding of physician practices and referral generation, coupled with their nimble approach to development resulted in substantial benefit to the physician practices occupying the health plaza. The project took only 15 months from shovel to stabilization and has since sold, but Caddis continues to manage the asset.
