The Texas Clinic at Prestonwood is a medical office building developed by Caddis in the North Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas. Completed in 2007, the dramatic steel and concrete facility was anchored by a 12,000 SF ambulatory surgery center, an imaging center boasting North Texas’s first outpatient 3.0 Tesla MRI, a 128-slice CT, and a radiation therapy center with two vaults for IMRT and Sterotactic Radiosurgery.
